Location Data: With your permission, we collect your device location to show nearby stores and liquor prices. Location data is used only for search queries and is not stored on our servers.

User-Submitted Content: When you submit price reports, we store the liquor name, store location, price, bottle size, and any optional notes you provide.

Favorites: We store your favorited products and stores to personalize your experience.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the LiqLoc service, including displaying nearby store prices, personalizing your favorites, and enabling community price reports. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Price reports you submit are shared publicly (anonymously) with the LiqLoc community. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform, under strict confidentiality agreements.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and AWS infrastructure with WAF protection to safeguard your data.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also update your profile information from within the app.
